The 'inputs.parameters' of workflow operation 'Create_item' of type 'OpenApiConnection' is not valid. Error details: The API operation 'PostItem' requires the property 'item/field_11' to be a string of maximum length '255' but is of length '514'.

Hi

The field field_11 value should of length 255, but you have passed a string of length >255, i.e 514.

So try to make sure to pass value/string of length less than or equal to 255 as per defined.

As Nived_Nambiar Mention Your String Length is more then 250 char that why u are facing this issue try to make it small, you can do that by using

substring('item/field_11', 0, 240)
