I want to create a workflow on the basis of when any folder is created in specific folder but in my power automate section 
when folder is created not showing

    In Power Automate this is normal: There isn’t a dedicated “When a folder is created” trigger for SharePoint/OneDrive, so you won’t see it in the trigger list.
     
    You can solve it by using a file created trigger and then filtering for folders.
     
    In SharePoint for example:

    I like to put the condition inside a trigger condition vs a standard condition action so you are only launching on folders.  Please try:

    @equals(triggerOutputs()?['body/{IsFolder}'], true)  as your trigger condition shown below.
