Power automate desktop - Outlook

Hello,

How can I create a flow in power automate desktop that automatically triggers my outlook when I receive a new mail?

    Why don't you create a flow instead of Desktop Flow?

    If you are trying to make the Flow in PAD, you need to make the flow as always listening / running

    Instead of that you can use flow.microsoft.com and you can build your flow

    Hi @RamonaR122 , 

     

    I think you cannot trigger desktop flow directly when an email is received. But desktop flow can be triggered from cloud flow.

     

    So what you can do is Create a cloud flow when an email is received then add step to Run Desktop flow.
