Hi Community,

I used to have a flow working very well. But this week, it's not working though I didn't touch anything.

The output of the flow is to update sharepoint list item, and I check in the sharepoint history, the item is created, but in the next second it got removed. I wonder whether this is because of the apply to each. Hope anyone can help.

Two things I can think of.

    1. The value coming from Excel is blank. "P&G spoc" in Excel is blank "", so it is overwriting the SharePoint value with blank.
      • Multiple rows may be returning from Excel instead of a single row.
      • Instead of "List Rows Present in a Table" can you use "Get a Row" which will only have a single row and not require an Apply to Each?
    2. I had a similar issue with SharePoint column having a default value of "" for the column. So if there was no value being put into the field, it would overwrite itself with "" even if it was already filled. See my post here Fields Left Blank with No Value will Overwrite Previous Value showing my issue.

You should look at those two things and see if you can resolve the issue by making adjustments.

    Hi @wskinnermctc,

    Thanks for the reply!

You are right that there is a row of blank created without my notice. And I agree with you that create with "Get a Row" is better. Thanks!
