Hi, I am having difficulties with Power Automate. Only Power Automate is failing. Power Apps loads normally.

Issue:
- My flows cannot load
- Templates fail
- Error: Http request failed with unhandled exception
NullReferenceException – Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Scope:
- Environment-specific Power Automate backend failure
- Environment: HealthSG (Personal Pro)

Request:
- Repair or re-provision Power Automate environment metadata

The flow is failing to load flows and templates, showing a "NullReferenceException – Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error, the error seems to be backend metadata and service problme in the PA environment.

Since this is a backend environment issue affecting only Power Automate (while Power Apps loads normally), the best course is to request a repair or re-provisioning of the Power Automate environment metadata.

If you have another tenant - can you try recreating the flow there?

I would suggest you to create formal request/support ticket to MS.
