Just to confirm the purpose of each field:
Account: this should be the active windows login user. So, [windowsuser]@[domain].com
"Send email message from: Account" would then use [windowsuser]@[domain].com to send the email
If you want to send the email from another user's outlook, several things have to happen. In PAD, you need to pick "Send email message from: Other" and then a new field appears where you would enter [otheruser]@[domain].com.
But your IT team also needs to give [windowsuser]@[domain].com the ability to send emails on behalf of [otheruser]@[domain].com.
For instance, our customer relations rep had permission to send emails out from our relationship managers' email addresses, but this is setup within Windows/Outlook Directory settings and must be done prior to this bot working.
Good luck!
