Flow fails

I receive an error message when a flow is running:  "Parameter 'To' cannot be null or empty. clientRequestId: 187354bb-439e-4f57-93ff-7de07d3af5a9"

However, there is a correct email address in the To: field, and I have tried a distribution list email address and get the same error message.

Any suggestions???

The error suggests the To field value is actually empty. Have you double checked the inputs of that field in the flow run?

Can you share a screenshot of what you have used in that field?

Did you use a dynamic content field or a variable?

@CL-18021109-0, the error is clearly specify the To Parameter is missing which means “the box on the designer is empty during the runtime, the value that gets passed into the email action’s To parameter evaluates to null, "" (empty string), or an invalid type (e.g., array/object).

Even if you see an address in the field at design time, a dynamic value can still resolve to blank when the flow runs. Try adding a variable or compose before the send email and check what type of value is coming for the To based on that we can figure out what is the issue.

As @Expiscornovus will you able to share the screenshot of the flow run history which helps to isolate the issue.
