Approval type: responses to excel

Hello,

I need help in my flow using Approval connector. I created a flow: New document in SharePoint list --> Start and wait for approval (or create an approval?) --> Add row into a table.

The point is: I need that all the responses will get into my table, but not just when all approvers have approved (the process ended) but one by one not waiting all to approve. The list contains of documents to be sent to like 55 employees to get acquainted, and this information should be stored in excel table.

I now have working flow, but the problem is that I have to wait for all to approve.

Which approval type should I pick? Or maybe do the extension to my flow? Please help me, I'm new with power automate 🙂

Here is my flow (I've done test with two users):

Can you explain a little more about the business process behind the Flow?  It is possible that using the approval engine is not appropriate.

    The example:

I updated the Information Security Policy, and need that all the employees at the company would get notified about it, write a comment "I have read, understood, and will follow". I need this information with metadata (document title, user name, request date, respond date, comment) to be saved in excel file once they did it.

    @svajunekl

I suggest a different approach.  How about this:

    • Use Forms to collect the data from your users
    • Create a SharePoint list or Excel spreadsheet with a row for each user (preferably email address)
      • You can always export the SharePoint list to Excel
      • I don't suggest using Excel for this...
    • Send an email out to all employees with a link to the Form
    • Create a Flow that updates the list or spreadsheet when a user completes the Form
    • Create a Flow that runs daily
      • Send reminder emails to each user who has not submitted the Form

    Will this work for you?

Thank you, Scott. I'll think about that.

Some of us are using forms, but without automated flows.

I just want to automate the process as it is possible. Because there many documents owners who run this process, and many documents.
