Taking data from Microsoft Forms using Power Automate Form to add to Excel table

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this question but I am a novice and at a loss. I created a Microsoft Form for my company to use on an ongoing basis (it's a referral form). I was able to successfully use Power Automate to create a flow so that when someone submits the Form, a row is added to an Excel table. Things were working fine until I uploaded the Excel document into Microsoft Teams channel to allow access to my team that will be monitoring the Form responses. It seems uploading the Excel to the Teams channel split the Excel from the original I have on my One Drive. Now, when accessing the Excel from the Teams channel, the Power Automate is no longer showing up but when I go to the Form on my One Drive, it is on that version. I thought the versions would sync since I uploaded it to Teams? I tried to update the Power Automate to source the Excel from the Teams channel but couldn't. I don't know if it is even possible to do that. My goal would be to have access to the Excel sheet that receives the data from the Form in Teams.

I hope this makes sense and someone can help me.

No, they do not sync to eachother.  Yes, you can use the Excel in Teams as the source to write to - you just need to change the file path in your Excel action to look at the file in the Teams storage.

    Hello,

Sorry for the delay in responding.

I wasn't able to change the location in Power Automate to the Excel that is in the Teams channel and I couldn't figure out why. I realized the Excel in Teams is in a locked channel and I am guessing that is the issue with Power Automate being able to access the Excel. I made a mock version that was not on the locked channel and it worked the way it was expected.

My new question is now is there a way for Power Automate to access an Excel that is in either a locked channel or a password protected Excel? I need some level of encryption on the Excel since it would be pulling information for a referral and we want to make sure not everyone can access it. Thank you.
