Power Automate desktop

My organisation provide only access me for power automate desktop, power automate cloud url(make.powerautomate.com) and power automate machine runtime environment.

Apart from nothing any access for me. I have developed my flow it's perfectly working attended mode. Now my manger told me run a flow when your laptop is signed off.

Provide me first step of running a flow as unattended and which access should I need from my organization.

Please guide me step by step to run my flow as unattended

How to run power automate desktop flow as unattended
    @VishnuReddy1997 thanks for response

My organisation team is asking which Server and which IP address you need remote desktop access.
I'm not sure which server and IP address. And even I'm not sure they will provide microsoft Entra ID credentials? Or else can I use my system credentials in run flow build with power automate desktop action.

What they need to provide for them side can you elaborate more,
And what can ask for them, i already asked I need remote desktop connection access, one remote machine and there my bot is running 24/7 when my machine is signed off.

It's first time they are providing access and due to confidential high security they are cross checking this.

Guide me what can exact point should I ask them to get Remote desktop access and Microsoft Entra ID credentials.

If got microsoft Entra ID credentials from my organisation side, do i need to use this credentials in my main system where my cloud and main power automate desktop flow present and in cloud there I'm using run flow build with power automate desktop and there do i need to use this microsoft Entra ID credentials.

    Thanks

How to run power automate desktop flow as unattended

To run your Power Automate Desktop flow in unattended mode, you'll need to follow these steps and ensure you have the necessary permissions and access:

Step 1: Ensure You Have the Required Licenses
Unattended RPA License: Verify that you have a paid unattended RPA license. This is essential for running flows without human intervention.
Step 2: Configure Your Machine for Unattended Runs
Remote Desktop Permissions: Ensure your user account has permissions to create a remote desktop session on the machine. Typically, this means being a member of the Remote Desktop Users group.
    Machine Settings:
    Sign in to Power Automate.
    Go to Monitor > Machines.
Select your target machine or machine group.
Click on Settings in the Command bar.
Enable Reuse sessions for unattended runs.
Step 3: Set Up the Flow Connection
Connection Credentials: Make sure the connection used for the flow has the correct credentials to sign in to the machine. This includes a Microsoft Entra ID certificate or username/password credential on a Microsoft Entra ID joined device1.
    Step 4: Trigger the Flow
Cloud Flow Trigger: Use a cloud flow to trigger your desktop flow. This can be set up in the Power Automate portal (make.powerautomate.com) to run based on a schedule or an event.
    Step 5: Test and Monitor
Testing: Run the flow to ensure it works as expected in unattended mode. Monitor the flow runs to check for any issues or errors.

    Access Required from Your Organization
    • Unattended RPA License: Request this license if you don't already have it.
    • Remote Desktop Access: Ensure your user account is added to the Remote Desktop Users group on the machine.
    • Microsoft Entra ID Credentials: Ensure you have the necessary credentials set up for remote desktop authentication.
(Note:- if you got your solution you can mark as solution and gives kudos)

    Thanks & Regards
