How to create sharing link for a file or folder for specific user

Hi All,

I have a flow where I want to generate sharing link for a folder and send it by email. However, I need to share a folder to a specific users. I don't need to share a folder with all people in my organization. How can I do that using power automate? I tried to use "create sharing link for a file or folder" and add specific email to the scope of link (Custom Value), but it doesn't work.

What you want isn't actually possible using the 'Create Sharing link for file or folder'. But it will work if you use the 'Grant access to a file or folder' action. This will send an invitation to an external user. When they access the link in the invitation they will be prompted for a verification code that is sent to their email. Once they enter that they will see the file or folder.
