hey

I'm new to power automate and see quite the potential in our organisation to use this service. First for small service but maybe later for more complex processes.

At the moment i try to automate the automatic read out of excel values. I receive different types of excel from different customers and my goal would be to build a short flow for each of this excels and save the values in a excel list/sharepoint list for further use.

My problems is that i did not find a propper function to get the values. Means this data are not formated as tabels within excel. i try to give you an example of the data i would receive:

    Hi!

Power Automate excel connectors can read rows from Excel tables. Please note excel file extension shall be .xlsx also.

According to this article, if your data has not table format, there is a potential workaround by using the Graph API, that is to force Power Automate to create the table, but you need to know the exact position of your target data (range of rows and columns) and the Worksheet name. I've never tried myself, I am afraid, so I cannot provide valuable feedback

    Hope this helps

You can also use this template Azure Function to pull data from any Excel sheet without the need for table formatting...
