I have created a power automate to want to change the owner of the flow

    No need to use a solution as suggested in that other response.  Share the flow (give them owner permissions), and then remove yourself as an owner.
     
    Note:  When you share a flow it will no longer be listed under "My flows"  but is now under "Shared with me"  which is a bit of  an unfortunate wording.
