Hi all,
Is everyone aware that Flows of ex-employees keep running even when the account of the user is disabled in Azure Active Directory?
Is everyone aware that the company can then easily copy personal data of the ex-employee without him/her fiinding out? This is because the notification is sent to an email address they don't have access to.
Why has Microsoft not updated the Flow admin center? You really expect customers to keep on clicking on "load more" to get access to all the Flows? You have a search feature in the PowerApps admin center. The Flow admin center is not finished. Why? You have simply made it impossible for companies to manage Flow and that is unacceptable.
Hi @Pooya ,
Thanks for feedback.
The flows created by former employees will keep running until there are problems (like authentication).
And flows created by former employees could be deleted or added a new owner by clicking the Flow under Admin Center > Environments > Environment > Resources > Flows.
As you were saying, there is no search bar on Flow Admin center which is already available on PowerApps Admin Center. There is a similar request at Flow Ideas Forum about this issue, please feel free vote and comment the idea at here:
I will suggest other customers who have the same request vote the idea as well, PGs will take hot ideas into consideration first in future releases.
Best regards,
Mabel
