Power Automate Desktop (PAD) フローでは、ドラッグアンドドロップでフローの一部をコピーすることはできません。ただし、アクションまたはサブフロー全体を選択してコピー＆ペースト機能を使用することでコピーできます。
PAD デザイナーでフローを開きます。
コピーするアクションを選択します (サブフロー内のすべてのアクションを選択するには Ctrl + A を押します)。
コピーします (Ctrl + C を押します)。
別のフローまたはサブフローに貼り付けます (Ctrl + V を押します)。
これにより、すべてのアクション、パラメーター、UI 要素、および画像がコピーされます。一度にコピーできるサブフローは 1 つだけなので、フローに複数のサブフローがある場合は、それぞれのサブフローに対してこの手順を繰り返してください。

Translation:

You cannot copy parts of a Power Automate Desktop (PAD) flow using drag and drop. However, you can copy actions or entire subflows by selecting them and using copy-paste functionality:
Open the flow in the PAD designer.
Select the actions you want to copy (Ctrl + A to select all actions in a subflow).
Copy them (Ctrl + C).
Paste them into another flow or subflow (Ctrl + V).
This copies all actions, parameters, UI elements, and images. Only one subflow can be copied at a time, so if your flow has multiple subflows, repeat the process for each.
