List IP Ranges for xxx.environment.api.powerplatform.com:443 to whitelist outgoing connection

Hello,

we would like to send webhook messages
from an application. However, in our environment we are restricted to
whitelisting only static IP addresses.

Could you please advise how we can determine the IP range for https://xxxxxxx.environment.api.powerplatform.com:443?

This endpoint is used to trigger a Power Automate flow, which then posts a webhook message to a Teams channel.

    Good news is that Microsoft is changing this setup and are hopefully making it simpler to use in the future,

    @lbendlin Thank you. There I can download a json file which lists all ips for PowerPlatform / Azure / Fabric services. 
    For office services there is a api endpoint where you can retrieve dynamicly ips for office services. (endpoints.office.com/endpoints/..)
    Do you know if there is a api to retrieve power platform ips?
