Automate Emails Not Sending

I've created a flow to look an Excel document and send an email reminder. The flow has tested successfully without errors, but the emails are not being sent. It appears that those steps are being skipped, but I have not been able to determine why. I can share details around the flow as needed

    Hi there!
     
    YES, you do need to paste in the flow, expand relevant actions and show your trigger config.  As a general rule, don't add the attachment, paste in your screenshot directly into the post.  Otherwise, we're just guessing 100%.
     
    I'm very confident there's a ton of people that will solve this for you once we see the flow.
