Just a heads-up: right now, we can't add an external mail account to the Power Automate flow because of Power Platform Tenant Isolation. The option looks disabled, but it actually seems to be working in the backend. Anyone know what the current status is?

    Starting February 2026 "Tenant isolation" will default to On.
     
    If your setting is Off, is it possible that the tenant where "external mail accounts" reside has "Tenant isolation" turned on - and is blocking incoming and outgoing authentication?
     
    "Power Platform tenant isolation only works for connectors using Microsoft Entra ID-based authentication such as Office 365 Outlook or SharePoint." Restrict cross-tenant inbound and outbound access - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn
