Hi,

I'm a beginner to using flow to connect data from one source to another and O365 in general.  I'm trying to display responses from a MS form and have them displayed in a power BI webpart, which is embedded in a sharepoint site.  In theory I want the BI to update and display the new responses as they are submitted.

My manager wants the forms and the power BI as webparts on one page so Senior Managment can view this from one location.

I'm having some issues, when the responses are completed they get added to a .xlsx file which is in the documents folder under site contents in the sharepoint site.  This file gets updated with the data from the forms responses, I also want this to display in power BI.

Currently in power BI I have used the get data > SharePoint - Team Sites > file.xlsx, which is fine as I can then genrate a report from this, but it doesnt show the most recent responses.  I was hoping this is something flow can help with, and I would be grafeful if anyone can point me in the right direction.

Thanks for your help.

Best Regards.

    Hi @ MRMC,

Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

Could you please share more details about what is the problem you have to achieve your needs?

Do you have problem add the responses to the .xlsx file?

Or do you have problem show the responses from Power BI with the .xlsx file which contain responses?

Please share more details so we could provide a proper workaround for you.

    Regards,
    Alice Zhang
