Power Automate cloud flow shows failures, but actions still execute successfully

Can anyone help? I have a flow that shows as failing in the run history, but it still executes as expected and the emails are sent successfully.

The flow is very simple—it checks a specific column, and if the value is not equal to "Yes", It sends an email to the assigned person and updates some rows.

However, despite the emails being sent correctly, the flow is marked as failed in the run history.

Please see the error details below, and the attached screenshots.

ActionFailed. An action failed. No dependent actions succeeded.

ActionBranchingConditionNotSatisfied. The execution of template action 'Send_an_email_(V2)' skipped: the branching condition for this action is not satisfied.

ActionConditionFailed. The execution of template action 'Update_a_row' is skipped: the 'runAfter' condition for action 'Send_an_email_(V2)' is not satisfied. Expected status values 'Succeeded' and actual value 'Skipped'.

Any help would be great.

I think what is happening: You have an Apply to each loop, which runs 33 times. During the second run, the Send an Email action failed because the To: address was empty (i.e. missing, there is no value)  hence the email could not be sent.

Use a condition to filter out missing TO addresses. Better still, add a filters to the List Rows Present in a Table action.
