outlookでA氏から送られてきた添付資料付きメールを本文は指定の文章のみに変更して添付資料付けたままB氏に転送したいです。トリガーはA氏から"テスト"と件名に入ったメールが届いたら実行するようにしたいです。

    Hi there!
     
    This works in testing and I will describe it for you.
     
     
    I have the trigger setup with a From and a Subject filter and most importantly you also need to include attachments and only with attachments in this example, shown below.
     
     
    The next and last action is not a true "Forward email" action but rather a "Send email" action.  This allows us to have a different email body but also send the original attachments, shown below.
