Get Attachments issue

I am having this issue, all of a sudden, my flow is failing, the issue is here on get attachments, I have searched the internet for help, used copilot too, but the fixes I'm being given are those that are already there, anyone to help? thanks!

    Can you please paste in your flow and error.  Attachments are rarely approved or visible.
