While converting .csv file to xlsx format date format getting changed in CSV it is in dd-mm-yyyy but after conversion in xlsx it is showing mm-dd-yyyy.

Check the excel date column format? Could be a default setting doing this?
Go to excel and 'format cells' to your desired format
