Flow is working but TEST have status "Failed"

Hello,

I have been struggling for quite some time with a Power Automate workflow where I receive a PDF file, and I ask AI Builder to help by filling in the required columns in Excel and then moving the received PDF file to a processed folder.

The entire workflow runs fine, but I am bothered by an error message that appears, and it concerns me. I have already tried everything, but since the workflow itself works properly, there cannot be a major issue, and I am starting to suspect that it might actually be a bug. Could that be the case?

Thank you in advance for your response!

Error

Action 'Get_Attachment_(V2)' failed

The specified object was not found in the store., The process failed to get the correct properties.

How to fix

If this error was temporary, you can try resubmitting the run and the issue may have been resolved.

Could you please share more details about the flow. Are you trying to move the files before AI processing?

Are you passing attachment id in get attachments? The error seems to be not able to get the attachments

    Thank you.

Thank you for your response! I came to the conclusion that if the incoming email contains a signature with an embedded image or any separate image within the email body (which is not actually an attachment), AI interprets it as an attachment and this causes the error message.

When I added a condition and configured it to process only specific predefined attachments, the error disappeared and everything worked correctly.

    Thank You agin

    Hi @TU-05030926-0

That error message usually shows up when Power Automate tries to grab an attachment that has already been moved, renamed, or isn’t available in the location it expects. In your case, since the workflow itself completes successfully (AI Builder extracts data, Excel is updated, PDF is moved), the “Get Attachment (V2)” step is probably looking for the file in its original folder after it’s already been moved.

    What you can do
    1. Check the order of actions
Make sure “Get Attachment (V2)” isn’t running after the file has already been moved.

    2. Confirm the file reference
Use dynamic content from the trigger (like “Attachment Content” or “Attachment Name”) instead of re‑fetching the file later.

    3. Ignore if non‑blocking
If the workflow completes and the data is correct, this may just be a connector bug or unnecessary step. You can safely remove or bypass it.

    4. Retry logic
If you want to be safe, wrap the step in a “Configure run after” so the flow continues even if that action fails.

This can be a bug or simply a redundant step. If your workflow is producing the right results, you can either remove the “Get Attachment (V2)” action or adjust the order so it doesn’t look for a file that’s already been moved.
