Why use the 'apply to each' when the required data is allready loaded in the Get Items

Dear experts,

I have a flow that gets the data from a sharepoint list and display it in an adaptive card.

I have only a question about the "apply to each". Because i think it slows my flow down

while the data has been already loaded in the Get items connector.

Is it possible to get this done without the Apply to each ? f.e. with the Select variable

i could get the value of Get items too. Right?

    Get Items gets you the list of items.  To do anything to or with the items in the list your need to use Apply to each and enter the connector to read/update/delete the item. If you wanted to use a characteristic of the list, for example, the length, then you could use Get Items without Apply to each. Power Automate is designed to be easy to use for beginners more than efficient. I would appreciate a scripting language, in addition to a graphical interface.
