Approval with time to finish

Hello,

I have built a flow for approval where I have to capture all comments and decision individually. I've created a wait for one for each approver and after the 6 approvals be ready I create a work item in ADO. And is working fine.

However, if one approver do not answer the flow do not finish and there is a timeline of 24h to finish all approvals. I try to find a solution inside the community and documentation but I do not find nothing that could bring a light for this problem. I need to move forward with the flow on the step indicated after 24h.

Any suggestion?

There is a Timeout setting in the settings for the Approval. You can set that to 23hours and 59 minutes and then set the next step to run on success or on timeout in the run after settings.

You need the onsuccess for it to work if everyone actually responds. the OnTime Out will only run if the approval times out. So you need both.
