Flow retrieving events from Eventhub

Hi,

I want to read a set of events (json format) from the eventhub.

One flow which I built is able to get the data in string and am able to parse it further. The second flow is only providing the header details, not the body. Is there any settings that we need to do while invoking the Eventhubs trigger.

    Hi @sunithomas,

You could add the action ”When events are available in Event Hub” to get the content of the event.

If so, you are able to parse it further for your purpose that gets header detail or body of the event.Annotation 2019-06-26 135648.pngBest Regards,

    Hi @v-lin-msft

    Thanks for your response.

However the problem which I am facing is that when I add a compose action after the event hubs trigger, Apply each is automatically getting applied.  The real issue is that when I run the flow the compose event is not getting an input from the previous step ( the event hub trigger step) . The error is as following.

ExpressionEvaluationFailed. The execution of template action 'Apply_to_each' failed: the result of the evaluation of 'foreach' expression '@body('When_events_are_available_in_Event_Hub')' is of type 'Null'. The result must be a valid array.

    Hi @Anonymous,

The picture you shared is invalid, you can add screenshots by clicking the button of "Photos":Annotation 2019-06-26 163509.png

Actually, if you put the content of event into the Compose will not happen that Apply to each automatically getting applied. You can also share the screenshots of flow configuration.

I am using the same trigger mechanism on the availability of an event in the event hub, I keep getting the following error

The response is not in a JSON format. Any help how to resolve this.
