Modifying list item not updating corresponding metadata in doc library

I have a flow that moves attachments from a list and creates files in a document library with corresponding file properties that were created in the list.

It works great, except if there was an error in data entry on the list. When a field is modified on the list it creates a new version in the document library (only if there is an attachment added). If something is altered on the list the document library is not updated.

Is there a way to update the document library properties (replacing the incorrect info with the corrected) when a list field is modified? Is there a way to do this without the 'get attachment' action?

Thanks,

Jenna

    Hi @jldodge ,

Could you please share a screenshot of your current flow so we could help update your flow to achieve the requirement?

You need to create the flow to check if the file exists in the library before add it to the library when an item is created or modified with attachments.

If the file exists, update it, if not, create a new file.

    Best regards,
