Excel file attachment in email issues

I am receiving the following error message:

I receive this excel file in an email and have created the following flow, and am displaying the "Create File" parameters.

The issue I am having is the file is created and is placed in the appropriate folder, however the file is not able to be opened. This is a file that is created daily and sent to me, and usually consists of 17kb, but the file that is placed in the folder is only registering 1kb.

Any suggestions?

Hello @CU28011702-0,

Use “Get attachment content” action to get the actual attachment from the email, and then use that output in the “Create file” action. This way, the file will have the correct content and size.

Get Attachment V2 Action:

Message Id: @{triggerOutputs()?['body/id']} //Select the message Id from dynamic content selection Attachment Id: @{items('Apply_to_each')?['id']} //Select the attachment Id from dynamic content selection

Create File Action:

File Content: select the output from the Get Attachment action.
