Correct flow version can't be detected in copied entries

Hi,

I had to move an existing list on sharepoint and its flow to a new sharepoint page and list.

As I couldn't figure out the best way to move the existing items in the list from the old page to the new page & list, I copy&pasted the items which was needed in the new sharepoint list.

There is a flow where it notifies relevant parties of a status change to an item. However as I have copy and pasted the sharepoint list entries, the flow is not able to check that it is the 'first' version and thus fails. Note this flow was not created by me - I just had to ensure the flow structure was the exact same as what it was to make sure it performs what it is designed to do.

I would like the flow to work so that it can trigger the following flows for sending automatic emails to relevant parties etc.

However, I am unsure what would be the best way to go about fixing this. I believe at some point we will start adding new entries to the sharepoint list, meaning the list will consist of both original entries and the old copy&pasted entries.

I would appreciate any assistance on this.

Thank you in advance.
