Populate Word, Pulling from Two Lists

Hi, using the populate word piece is great and super-straight forward.  I like it.  What I can't do effectively is to pull from two lists to populate the fields.  My starting point was a list called "leads", I run a flow from that and two columns are used as lookups.  One is Contact and the other is Company.  Since the list has a lookup restriction I can't simply add the other columns of data I need from those lists in the new lists or nothing works, including the flow.  I have seen a few posts that use a query and some "get item" or "get items" from SharePoint.  I suppose I just can't figure out how to make it work.

The solid arrows below show the main pieces I was pulling, Contact and Company.

Any insight is appreciated!

Hi, the list I’m using is my leads list and where I’m pulling is the contacts and the company lists within the leads list. Because I can’t have too many look ups since it errors out I’m trying to pull the details from the contacts and company lists and displayed in the populate word.
