I created a flow in our environment and it works perfectly, but when i imported it to a client's environment and swapped crucial information I got an error saying "Your flow was saved, but with a warning: Power Automate Approvals may not yet be configured for this environment. No Microsoft Dataverse database for this environment has been provisioned. Run this approval flow to initiate provisioning".
The issue is I can't run the flow to initiate the provisioning because the test button doesn't let me run the flow. Any advice?
Use the Power Platform Admin center to provision a Dataverse database for that environment. You will then be able to run the flow to provision approvals support.
