Hello,

I have a simple cloud flow triggered when an envelope’s status changes to Completed and its subject starts with the phrase Probationary Period (@startsWith(triggerBody()?['DocuSignEnvelopeInformation/EnvelopeStatus/Subject'],'Probationary Period Report - '). It then uses the Get envelope documents action and runs a child flow which processes the documents further.

I keep getting the following error: The connection failed. Details: The format of value 'threatpulse' is invalid.

I tried switching accounts, reauthenticating, recreating the connection. It sometimes lets me through and the flow works correctly for a day, but then the next morning the same error occurs.

DocuSign support has not been able to help so far.
