create solution in powerautomate -Publish all customizations

Hi There
 
I have created solution and created environment variables for datasources such as sites,lists,libraries etc but i need help in understanding do we need publish all customizations to ensure its published and then run solution check.Kindly shed some light on these points

    If you plan to export the solution, you must publish all the changes if you want them to be reflected in your solution.

    As Anthony said, you must.
     
    You can either do it before, in the Solution View
    1. Select All in the Solution
    2. On the Solutions Tab of the Environment click Publish all
    3. Or do it before Publishing 
     
    Any of these will work, but 1 of them must be done in advanced, but no you do NOT have to use the one that warns  you to do it, before you export as long as you did one of the others
