Connection problem since 1 week

Hi all,

Since 1 week, I can't connect to Power Automate.

I have the following error message  :

Une erreur s’est produite pendant la communication avec les services de cloud computing Microsoft Power Automate. Si le problème persiste, patientez quelques minutes et réessayez ou contactez l’administrateur réseau.

ID de corrélation : [Note du modérateur : informations personnelles supprimées]

I ran the diagnostic tool and I have no error.

I have tested by changing my DNS with Google IP; But it's the same.

    That error usually points to a connection or authentication issue between your device and the Power Automate service, not something wrong with your flows themselves. Since you’ve already tested DNS and run diagnostics, here are the most common causes and fixes:
     
     
    Steps you can try
    1. Clear browser cache/cookies or try logging in with a different browser.
    2. Test from another network (e.g., mobile hotspot) to rule out firewall restrictions.
    3. Check Microsoft 365 Service Health in your admin portal if there’s a Power Automate outage, it will be listed there.
    4. Verify your account license is still active for Power Automate.
    5. If none of the above work, open a support ticket with your Microsoft 365 admin, since tenant‑level issues can’t be fixed from your side.

    Since the diagnostic tool shows no local errors, this is most likely a service or tenant‑level issue rather than your setup. If clearing cache and testing another network don’t help, your admin should check service health or raise a ticket with Microsoft.

    Hello @CU21121806-0 , the fact that it works on mobile proves your account and the service are fine. The issue is with your local firewall/proxy/DNS setup. Checking logs and whitelisting Microsoft endpoints is usually the fix.
