Workflow not visible in the chat, however I can see the workflow available for the particular chat group

I have tried both ways of creating the flow, via browser power automate and via the teams workflow, both the cases I am not able to see the workflow when I click + and select workflow. This is the workflow name - "Test DM - Report Issues during MTP". It is also wired that the flow Test - Report MTP issues, I turned off and deleted it but still showing up here.
