No se encontró la cuenta de Outlook Instancia de Outlook

Hola, estoy intentando crear un flujo para guardar los mensajes de correo electronico de Outlook con la cuenta empresa de mi trabajo.

A la hora de establecer la variable OutlookInstance, al correr el flujo me arroja el siguiente error:

Mensaje de Error: "No se encontró la cuenta de Outlook Instancia de Outlook"

Detalles de error: Robin.Core.ActionException: No se encontró la cuenta de Outlook Instancia de Outlook ---> Robin.Shared.Runtime.ActionException: La cuenta de Outlook: Instancia de Outlook no existe
en Robin.Modules.Outlook.Actions.OutlookActions.SaveOutlookEmailMessages(Variant outlookInstance, Variant account, Variant emailsToSave, Variant saveEmailsAs, Variant saveEmailsTo, Variant& storedEmailsPaths, Int32 saveAsMode, Int32 type)

Hi, I am trying to create a flow to save Outlook emails with my work company account.

When I set the OutlookInstance variable, I get the following error when I run the flow:

Error Message: "Outlook Instance Outlook account was not found".

I think you are using a text value instead of the actual Outlook instance variable surrounded by %%.

Please share details of all variables and the flow.

The error says the Outlook account was not found.

So make sure you give the correct account name

Open Outlook and select File.

Use the dropdown under Account Information

Select Account Settings.

Another way for the Account Name, is the below section shown in Outlook.

OR right click on it and Select Data File Properties.

Lastly also make sure Power Automate Desktop has access to this email account.

Ey VJR!

Its was my mistake. I dont know if capital letter on address account was the problem, but i let variable %OutlookInstance% on "recovery messages" accion instead of address account. that was the main problem
