Excel Online (Business) - This connection is not authenticated.

When I first added the connection in a flow, I was given a choice to allow all users in our organization to use it(or something similar), so I just chose that. Then I had an error telling me something like it was not possible to give those permissions. And, it failed. So,I removed the flow, I deleted all excel connections, created a new, and now I am stuck. Getting nowhere...

- Note that I dont remember exactly what the choice/error wording was when i firts created the connection, but as I recall it was something like I describe above...

All attempts to create a new connection/or sign in to authenticate/update password for a newly created connection just brings me to sign in with the work/school account, and then the sign in process completes with no other choices/error messages... I suspect this first erroneous choice is the problem, but where/how do I correct this?

The flow run (excel action) gives the following error:

{
"status": 403,
"message": "The request is forbidden by Graph API.\r\nclientRequestId: 60015387-6621-4110-802f-XXXXXXXX",
"source": "excelonline-ne.azconn-ne.p.azurewebsites.net"
}

I am a Global administrator with the Full administraion security role in our O365 E3 tenant.

If anyone could help, it would be much appreciated. Se pictures below. Thanks again!

    Hi @joejoo ,

    What’s your current situation?

    When testing this issue on my side, the Excel Online actions are working properly, no error message occurs.

    If the issue still exists, please help collect the following info.

    • Location
    • An image of the flow
    • A URL to the flow

    Best regards,

    Mabel

    Well, now the connection looks ok (connected/authenticated), but the problem with the flow is the same... I deleted my flow and connection, then deleted my user from excel online in Azure enterprise applications page. Then Created a new connection which seems ok now - connected. But the test flow with excel business connector and excel get worksheets action still fails.

    Solved, it was some problem with the excel file. Simple. Sorry, I forgot to update this post.
