I was able to click "new flow" a few days ago before the update. Signed in today, was informed that there was an update to download. After it completed, I resigned in as prompted and now "new flow" and "environments" are greyed out.
Any ideas?

It sounds more like a question of permissions than the download itself. Do you know if these actions can be used with another user?
