DROPBBOX - SEND EMAIL WHEN A FILE IS ADDICTED

Good Morning,

I've a Flow that send an email when a new file is added to a specify folder of Dropbox.

How can i choose that the mail is sent also when a file is added to all the subfolder in the same folder that i Choose.
