Power Automate List Records Expand Query help

Hi there,

I've just started using Dataverse for Teams and Power Automate and am looking for some guidance please on something we are testing.
  1. We have two DV4T tables - one for Artist and one for colour and have also created an out of the box many to many relationship between the two which works fine in the Power App with Relate/Unrelate.
  2. We are looking to be able to run a regular extract of the artists and the colours associated with each of them into a Sharepoint List and the required output of the flow would be something like below into 2 Sharepoint columns :-
Artist Name Colour
Steve Red
Steve Blue
Mary Green
Mary  Red
Mary  Blue
3. As we only use DV4T I cannot use FetchXML, so I have set up a Flow using Dataverse "List Records" action, selected the  Artist table and filtered this by the required column which works fine.
4. To get the associated colours with each artist I have set up an expand query on the N:N  table "*****_Artist_*****_colour($select=*****_name) and the flow succeeds but returns not just the colour "name" as but lots of other data which I don't require.

Any assistance on this would be much required

Why do you say that you can't use fetchxml for the query of dv4t?

As I know and use, you could use the fetchxml at dv4t as you know that from dv

Hi  Marcel. Thanks for your reply. This is the response I received on the DV forum "

    Hi @Stevejm,

A limitation of Dataverse for Teams environments is that there is no API access enabled. XrmToolBox plugins and all other clients use the Dataverse API to connect to the environment and data. Therefore it is not possible to use the FetchXml builder on that environment type.

Hi Marcel, sorry hit enter too early as meant to add, If you know of a reason why I can't use fetchxml for the query of dv4t as the tables aren't appearing, it would be much appreciated thanks.
