Build an automation for my outlook calendar

Hello LinkedIneers,
I am Boris, GCD at LSS GAM and quite new to LinkedIn.
I tried to build something very basic, an automation to add some Buffer after each calendar meeting, in order to make sure if customer calls run over, I am not running into trouble.

I prompted this in the automation Chat:
Create a flow that triggers when a new event is created in my Outlook calendar. First, add a condition to check if the event subject does not contain the word "Buffer". If it doesn't, create a second event immediately following the first one. The new event should be titled "Buffer Time", start at the end time of the original event, and last for 10 minutes. Set the "Show As" status of this buffer event to "Tentative".

Got following as an error message (translated it, as it has been in German):

Error during XRM API request: “Message: Flow client error returned with status code ‘Forbidden’ and details: {"error":{"code":"ConnectionAuthorizationFailed","message":"The caller’s object ID is '772bca59-e3e6-4fe4-982f-33a012256638'. The connection 'new_sharedoffice365_2f0c2' to 'shared_office365' cannot be used to activate this flow, either because it is not a valid connection or because you do not have permission. Either replace the connection with a valid connection that you can access, or have the connection owner activate the flow so that the connection is shared with you in the context of this flow."}} Code: 0x80060467 InnerError: “” --- If you want, I can also: - rephrase this into a short, user-friendly explanation, or - translate it into plain English for non-technical stakeholders, or - help you draft a support ticket / escalation message based on this error.

Anyone an idea how I could achieve this?

Thanks,
Boris

    Hi,

"Either replace the connection with a valid connection that you can access, or have the connection owner activate the flow so that the connection is shared with you in the context of this flow."

That part of the error message tells me that you’re using a different connection account in the Outlook actions, or maybe your credentials expired (in that case you just need to refresh the connection).
