I had a great idea for a flow - any employee could run in, enter in their starting/ending PTO dates, and Power Automate would not only block off time on their calendar, but also update their Automatic Replies.
The flow works GREAT - for me. But no one else can run it, even if I add them as a run-only user.
So then I tried doing this through Power Apps, to call a flow. Still doesn't work.
So is ChatGPT sending me on a wild goose chase? I suspect what I'm trying to do isn't possible That each user would have to build one of these themselves if they wanted their own calendar to update.
