Sending email through Salesforce in flows

Hi all,

I am facing some issues in sending emails via Salesforce: I am able to create a new record "Email Messages",

but although the email is created and visible in Salesforce, the email is never sent to the recipients

Looking online, I found the we might use one standard actions "/services/data/vXX.X/actions/standard/emailSimple" to sent the email previously created.
Unfortunately I am not able to find this action in the list of the available actions for this connector.

Can you please help me to solve this issue?
Thank you very much,

Roberto

Thanks @annajhaveri, for your suggestion, but I would like to know (because internal ent reason) if this can be done directly with the Salesforce connector

    Hi @robertocampione,

Did you ever find a solution for this? I am also having two issues with using this connector. The first issue is like yours, though the status is 'sent', the email does not actually send. The second issue is that the email body is only visible by me, and while others can see a snapshot of the record, they get an error if they try to click into the email to read it. Really hoping for this connector to actually send the email, but alas it still doesnt work.

Instead, I am forced to send the email via the Send an email (v2) action and then in the BCC line, I use my "Email to Salesforce" address. This creates a record of the email on the contact in Salesforce of the person I sent the email to. However, I want to be able to put the record of the email on the Subscription object, and still cannot find a way to do this.
