I have been using Power Automate with a trigger that creates data from a SharePoint List, and all of my flows were working perfectly until Sunday.
On Monday, 22 June 2026, none of the Power Automate workflows were triggered. There was no notification, no run history, and no error log, even though new items were created in the SharePoint List. As a result, the destination Excel file did not receive any data.
To troubleshoot, I created a brand-new, very simple flow using the same SharePoint trigger, but it also did not respond. Again, there was no run history or any indication that the flow had been triggered.
In addition, another scheduled flow that normally runs every day also failed to run on the same day.
However, after midnight, I tested all of the flows again, and everything worked normally without any changes on my side.
Could this have been caused by a Microsoft Power Automate service issue or an internal server problem that was resolved overnight? Is it possible that Microsoft deployed a fix or completed maintenance on the Power Automate production environment during that time?
Issue observed:
-
Internal Server Error affecting multiple Power Automate flows.
-
SharePoint-triggered flows were not triggered.
-
No run history or error logs were generated.
-
Scheduled flows also failed to run on 22 June 2026.
-
All flows resumed normal operation after midnight without any modifications.
If anyone has experienced the same issue or has any ideas about what might have caused it, I would really appreciate your insights.
I'm currently using Power Automate to support our front office operations, so reliability is very important. I'd like to understand whether this is a rare Microsoft service issue or something that could happen more frequently. If this is a recurring problem, I may need to consider an alternative solution or a backup process to ensure business continuity.
Thank you very much :)
