Security issues for new AAD user as sender of emails

Creating email type of flows in SP is getting confusing.  In the Send on Behalf of someone, we would like to put in a group name.  The site is Training and Development.  Not allowed to use that.

If I make a new AAD user, and pay fees for it, how do I:

Overcome MFA?

Stop mail propagation from hackers?

Identify if replies are coming into same?

    Hi @stephen705 ,

I didn't understand the question, but I think this is what you need:

    (1) Create a Shared Mailbox in Exchange Online.

Shared Mailboxes don't require a license as long as the mailbox size is less than 50GB.

    (2) Assign the following permissions to the Shared Mailbox: Send As and Full Access to the flow maker's account

    (3) To reject all email messages sent by anyone outside your organization do the following:

    Select Manage Message Delivery restrictions:

Then tick the box "Require senders to be authenticated"

This is a Shared Mailbox and not a user account, so MFA will not apply here.

The mailbox will appear in Outlook, or you can open the mailbox from within Outlook
