ReportLevelFilters not working - Export To File for Power BI Reports

(0) ShareShare
ReportReport
Posted on by
Hello,
I'm trying to export a Power BI report to PDF using Power Automate with the "Export To File for Power BI Reports" action.
The problem:
The filter works correctly when I add it to the browser URL:
&filter=TableName/ColumnName eq 'Value'
But when I use the same filter in ReportLevelFilters in Power Automate, it does NOT apply. The exported PDF contains all data instead of filtered data.
What I've tried:
- Different filter formats
- With and without URL encoding (%20 for spaces)
- The filter value is correct (verified with a Compose action)
Additional info:
- The report has slicers on the page
- The flow runs successfully (no errors), but the PDF is not filtered
Has anyone experienced this issue? Any solutions?
Thank you!

    Hi @Louhgh,

please refer to this ms doc for implementation of ReportLevelFilters .

The table name and column name must not have spaces, this filter is very sensitive, also keep in mind that the query does not accept more than one filter.
