Email notification for conditional changes in a List app

Hello
I created a list using the Lists app. I'd like to send an email to specific people based on a user's change to a field in a column.
I started with rules: they work perfectly, but the problem is that if a user makes a mistake changing a field's value, resets it to its initial state, and then later changes the value again, the email isn't always sent.
I was told to do this in Power Apps. So I created a flow (see image), but I can't receive the email when the expected value is set to TRUE in Lists.
I do receive the emails because I've configured the condition to send an email if FALSE.
Do you have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

This happens because the flow is only checking the current value, not whether it actually changed.
    Fix:
Update your condition to check value AND change
    Example idea:
Send email only when the column = TRUE and it just changed to TRUE
    Or simpler:
Use “Has column changed” = Yes
    AND column = TRUE

In short: don’t just check “is TRUE”; check “changed to TRUE”
