I have built a form with 50 questions and 2 attachments. One attachment is required and the other is optional. I built the Form on a service account and therefore the attachments are saving to OneDrive. I have created a SharePoint list to record the responses, and then have PARSE JSON actions for the attachments. However, I need to be able to email the form responses as an excel file, and the attachments, to the end user. How am I able to send an email with the 2 (form excel responses and 1 form attachment) or 3 (form excel responses and 2 form attachments) attachments. I need to have all information sent to the user together as we will have to forward it along to external contents once received and reviewed. I am not trying to set up an approval flow, just have the information emailed as attachments once the form is submitted.
