I've created an event registration form using MS forms and have created a flow to trigger response emails that redirect participants to a zoom registration link depending on the group they select. I'd like to be able to cap each option and trigger a response when full. For example, if someone goes to register and Group 1 is already full, they will only be able to choose from the remaining open groups. Can I create a flow for this or create a setting in Forms?
